If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable, to give you actionable ideas to help you achieve your goals, to help push you to be a better person: I may be the person for you. I already have a very demanding schedule, so I only keep a few clients at any time. This also allows me to be invested in you and do the extra work outside meeting with you that will lead to a fulfilling and unique experience. What my personal coaching is not:
I am NOT a licensed therapist. My services are for generally well people who are looking to push themselves. If at any time I feel my client is in need of psychotherapy I will do everything in my power to get them to seek help from a licensed professional. There is a difference between wanting to gain confidence so you can have better success in life versus wanting to gain confidence so you can talk to people at all.
